Be happy for every moment you are alive, for every moment you are well, for every moment you are free. For in every corner of the world, there is suffering.
Today marks the start of the Namibian seal slaughter – 85,000 pups killed over the next 3 months for their fur. Maybe next year things will change. Thank you to those who tried, who always try to do what is right, especially against great odds.

I will be strong, and
I will be weak.
The wind will bend me,
Shape me,
Break me.
The sun will burn and
Sometimes blaze.
And the rain will never fail
To fall.
But I will stand.
I will get back up.
I will keep my head held high.
But not so high,
I miss your hand,
Reaching out to take mine.

I think.
I feel.
I write from a soul that burns without end.
I am an actor of many parts;
This screen, my stage.
With a thousand different voices
Calling – one is meant for you.
A voice that cries,
You do more than exist; you live.
You think.
You feel.
You have no limits.
There is no end.
